Anupritha Ji - Teacher
- Pranayama
- Mantra
- Garbha Sanskar
Anupritha ji is our light, providing unwavering support through her warm hugs and knowing smile(too knowing). We call her “amma” - mother - as reverence for her deep affection, that sometimes comes in the form of tough love, but much needed! She has been sharing her wisdom for over 11 years, with an expertise in pranayama that is unmatched.
Bhagyashree Ji - Teacher
- Philosophy
- Garbha Sanskar
Bhagyashree Ji is the epitome of intelligence and discipline. Students call her a fairy (she might be!) Holding a Ph.D in Indian scriptures, she is a master of the Vedas and Indian Philosophy. Her storytelling will leave you enchanted, and her life itself is a learning to be honoured. Being her student is an eye-opening experience.
Prajna Ji - Teacher
- Meditation
If you want to meditate, you must meet Prajna Ji! A meditation master, who has a way to take you to new heights (if you’re lucky, to new dimensions), she is full of compassion and non-judgement. With her eccentric personality, she teaches us how to thrive in one's uniqueness. Under her guidance, you will experience the essence of yoga– Dhyan.
Arvind Ji - Teacher
- Ashtanga
- Vinyasa Flow
If you are confused whether to be in awe of the teacher or focus on your practice, you must be in Arvind Ji’s class! From backflips to pincha, he can do it all. With over 5 years of teaching under his belt, his commitment to his craft can be seen in his work. PS. he will most definitely push you to walk on your hands. (Worry not, you’ll thank him later.)
Sangam Ji - Teacher
- Vinyasa Flow
- Alignment
Grace and humility– the best way to describe Sangam Ji. His classes are where your soul takes the front seat, every movement becomes an exploration of the body, breath and mind. He has dedicated over 5 years to mastering the style of Vinyasa Krama. He teaches to prioritise mindfulness in movement, and will remind you that you are the artist of your life. (Warning: You will never get over his classes!)
Darmyan Ji - Teacher
- Pranayama
Darmyan Ji is the backbone of our school. He is a multifaceted person with many skills with a strong expertise in Pranayama. Rooted in traditional knowledge and an in-depth interest in modern science, his classes are an all encompassing experience where the subtlety of breath is taught in great depth. His kindness is a cherry on top, that makes you feel welcome in class.
Yogesh Ji - Teacher
- Anatomy
- Physiology
One of our senior teachers, Yogesh Ji knows Anatomy and Psychology inside out (he will read you in only one meeting). Holding a masters degree in Yogic science and a Masters in Psychology, he has a beautiful way of integrating science and philosophy, hence his teachings resonate at every stage of your life. Bonus: His humor helps digest the complex, (and boring) anatomy sessions with ease.
Gaurav Ji - Teacher
