- Sit in any comfortable position of your choice.
- After sitting in Sukhasana, keep the spine, waist, and neck straight.
- After this, place the left hand on your left knee. Also, close your right nose with the thumb of the right hand.
- After this, take deep and long breaths from the left nose and then close the left nose with the fingers of the hand.
- Hold your breath inside as much as possible.
- Then slowly exhale through the right nostril and exhale.
- Do this whole process for 5- 10 minutes.
