Breathwork Yoga with 200 Hour YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSEEstablish a deep connection with yoga, breath, body, and mind through our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Breathwork Program in India. Perfect for those who aspire to become yoga teachers, for yoga enthusiasts and anyone interested in having an experience of a profound yogic transformation, this exclusive course is comprised of a full-fledged 200-hour yoga teacher training and a special short term breathwork program. This program will give you all-round training in becoming an accomplished yoga teacher along with imparting the knowledge of the importance of conscious breath.
The core of this program is the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course where you will get immersed into the world of yoga through its traditional and modern practices. In this course, you will be exposed to an array of yoga practices such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, alignment, adjustment, teaching methods, mantra chanting, and yogic cleansing practices. The Breathwork Teacher Training Course is designed to enhance your perception of the breath that lies at the core of all the yoga practices. In addition to the conventional pranayama technique, the course offers you an insight into various methods of conscious breathwork. The breathwork training includes the classical pranayama practice along with modern and traditional forms of breathwork, which include Taoist, Zen, Tibetan, and somatic breathing practices.
This unique character of the course is based on complementary parts of the two trainings. Your 200-hour yoga training gives you a well-developed knowledge of movement, philosophy, teaching, and yogic lifestyle, while the breathwork training enables you to gain special knowledge about one of the key aspects of yoga – the breath.
Breathwork
TEACHER TRAINING COURSEBreathing is the first act of living and the last; yet very few take the time during their lifetime to learn the art of breathing well. Each breath effects our nervous system, our posture, our emotions, digestion, our sleep, concentration, movement and our overall state of well-being. The Art & Science of Breath is an all-inclusive residential course offered by Vinyasa Yoga Ashram to create a connection between the ancient traditions of Yoga and the current scientific studies on breathing, helping you evolve into your highest potential through the breath. The Breathwork teacher training is more than a pranayama course. It is a comprehensive curriculum that explores the breath through yogic practices, anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, philosophy, meditation, movement, therapeutic practices, and nutrition.
Through this training, participants will build up an increasing knowledge of how the breath impacts all systems of the human body and learn both the traditional yogic as well as contemporary breathing techniques.
If you are a yoga teacher, a health care practitioner, therapist, an athlete or a person interested in improving physical and psychological well-being, this training is for you.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means "Variations within prescribed parameters". This style of yoga is a breath initiated process. This yoga style helps in synchronizing the bond between our daily life actions with the intent of moving towards the important aspects of life.
Vinyasa or Flow Yoga comprises of various identical postures, the order of which often changes.
This yoga type is having a flowing rhythm at a quick pace that links our breath with the movements. The two classes of Vinyasa cannot be alike. Vinyasa flow helps in preventing repetitive injuries and helps in building a more balanced body.
