Kapalbhati Pranayam is a type of breathing exercise which promotes overall well-being and good health. \u2018Kapalbhati<\/a><\/span>\u2019 means \u2018shining forehead\u2019 in Sanskrit and \u2018Pranayam\u2019 means \u2018breathing exercise\u2019. Types of Kapalbhati Pranayama<\/strong><\/h3>

There are 3 types of Kapalbhati Pranayam:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Vatakrama<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

    In this type of Kapalbhati Pranayama, we sit cross-legged on the floor and breathe. In this form of Pranayama, your inhalation should be passive and exhalation active.<\/p>

    1. Vyutkrama<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

      In this Kapalbhati technique, you need to sniff in water in through your nostrils, let it go into your mouth and then spit it out.<\/p>

      1. Sheetkrama<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>
